All apartments are spacious studio units equipped with a modern ensuite bathroom together with a super king-sized bed, sofa, student desk, chair, wardrobe, heater, bar fridge & microwave.Wi-Fi is also available on a prepaid basis and can be purchased online once connected to the site.
We offer the following pricing options
Long term (more than 12 months tenancy)
1 Person – $335 per week
2 persons – $360 per week
Medium term (3 to 12 months tenancy)
1 Person – $360 per week
2 persons – $385 per week
Short term (less than 3 months tenancy, *minimum 4 weeks)
1 Person – $410 per week
2 persons – $435 per week
Guest / Visitor Fee
Additional $20 per night
Move In Cost
- 1 week advanced Rent
- 4 weeks Rent as a Bond (*Bond is held with the Department of Building and Housing NZ, refundable with conditions)
